Want to eliminate your stress? Then quit dreaming! Just let go of all your dreams, ambitions, and goals and settle for less. Most people do, so why not you?

It's OK.

Make your Plan B disappear, delete it, and POOF all your tension is gone. Your stress is gone. And that sadly is the choice of 97% of people make everyday who travel the failure road. Hey I've been there and know what it's like.

Tough to hear isn't it? But it's the truth.

Now, it's not hard why some make this second choice. After all when you're standing at Point A gazing off in the distance at Point B, it's easy to be intimidated by how far it looks.

Look, people don't even want to set foot on the path if they don't think they can make it to the end. Why? Why even try? It's too risky! It's too dangerous!

If the mountain is that huge why take that first step? "I'll probably never make it anyway" most say.

And when the journey seems daunting and not easy to do, some can see this as more appealing than easy to do.

But remember, you have to be constantly moving. You can't stand still because everything's constantly changing. If your not moving, you're staying stuck. I've always said the opposite of risk isn't playing it safe, it's staying stuck!

There's only 2 possibilities to eliminate your stress and to achieve your desired goals.

1. You either let go of where you are to get where you could be.

Or:

2. You hang on to where you are and give up where you could be.

You're either going for your dreams or giving up on your dreams. Stretching for what you could be or settling for what you are. 

There's simply no in between. Listen to your positive intuitions, not others negative and limiting beliefs.

It's your choice.

What you believe determines what you think.

What you think determines what you do.

What you do determines your life.

If you want a bigger and better life for yourself, do these things. Start believing in yourself. Your mind is the most powerful asset we possess. You have the power to eliminate your stress.
