Leadership Advice - Are You Still In You Comfort Zone?

I was working out the other day at this gym I have belonged to for about 7 years and noticed that many of the same people I have seen in this particular gym doing the same exercise for years! Some of these people I know for a fact want to see change in their bodies.
But what happens when you do the SAME exercises, the SAME intensity, and the SAME tempo all the time? Nothing happens! You see, whether people have a desired goal either lose weight or gain muscle, they need to change up the routine a little bit in order for things to change. Especially when things aren't working!
But this is very hard for most people to do, because it's very uncomfortable for people to change. They stay in their comfort zone. They stay in their routine. There is no challenging and pushing their bodies to the limit to manifest a "new" look or change.
This is no different in the home business or internet networking business. Everyone in this industry wants to take their business to the next level. But most expect it to go there by doing the same things!! This will never work. You NEED to get out of your comfort zone in order to take things to the next level.
Everyone wants more. More money, More time, More flexibility. Getting out of your comfort zone is the ONLY way to get there. Do something different. Learn new strategies, mastermind with other leaders that are having the success you want. In order to have the things you desire in life you must change yourself first! You NEED to invest in yourself. This is probably the easiest way to get out of your comfort zone. Get books, cd's, dvd's and other materials that will change your mindset.
Staying in your comfort zone will also allow you to only think as big as your limited imagination. Working on yourself will open up your mind even more to increase that creative mind that we all possess.
Staying in your comfort zone will only allow you to stay stuck and never move forward. Getting out of your comfort is frightening for most, but has to be done to move in the right desired direction.
So go out and ask yourself what you can do to get out of your comfort zone today. You will learn something new, I guarantee it! Once you learn this new thing, apply it to your business or life. You WILL always benefit somehow by getting out of your comfort zone.
